JailHost in Hosting

You can take advantage of JailHost with each and every hosting plan that we provide and protect your websites against attacks really easy. Each domain and subdomain in the Hepsia Control Panel that comes with our plans has a different folder and contrary to what often happens with other Control Panels, the website content isn't mixed inside a single main folder, so keeping the websites separate is easier. Enabling JailHost for any site takes only a few clicks, so even if you don't have much experience, you won't need any specific skills to maintain your Internet sites risk-free. The option isn't active by default in case that you intend to use some script that needs access to a different folder inside your account. In case you use JailHost, the rest of the websites that you have will be protected, but even a hacked one won't remain damaged for too long because we'll have a couple of daily backups for it all of the time, so that we can easily recover it.

JailHost in Semi-dedicated Servers

JailHost comes with all our semi-dedicated server solutions and you will be able to activate it with a few clicks. It is not enabled by default since we do not want to prevent some scripts which require to gain access to multiple folders in your account from functioning properly. You'll be able to activate JailHost for all other sites that you have from the Hepsia Control Panel and this can be done quickly even when you have no previous experience. What allows us to offer JailHost is the way Hepsia takes care of multiple domains - they all have individual folders which could be "locked". In comparison, other well known Control Panels feature add-on domains and the content of the latter is kept in the main domain folder, so if a single Internet site is hacked, the whole account is hacked, that isn't the case with Hepsia. In case an Internet site is damaged regardless of your efforts, we will be able to restore it the way it was without delay since we will store a couple of daily backups of the entire account.
